The city of Eleder is abuzz with rumor. Even a bunch of rude, violent murder-hobos
can pick up some of the rumors effortlessly.
There are stories of four or five expeditions being mounted to find the
ancient city of Saventh-Yhi. There is an
alliance of ex-slaves known as the Freeman’s Brotherhood, led by a bunch of
known insurrectionists, hailed as heroes in the Outerwall slums (they
Robin-hood it a bit with the other natives), and stirring up trouble. And finally, you are going ot be leading
(trailblazing, most likely I think was the impression I got on Sunday) an
expedition on behalf of the government, and not the Red Mantis.
Eleder is a city of 8,900 ruled by Baron Utilinus with a GP
cap for purchases of 5,600 gp.
Hobos? That's a bit harsh I think.
